100% Free, No Obligation Termite Inspection ($100 Value)
$100 Off Termite Protection Program w/ Inspection
Industry Leading Termite Protection

Termites prefer to stay out of sight, so they build tunnels on structures using their saliva and mud, allowing them to travel in the dark.

You've likely noticed hundreds of flying termites every year, or noticed their wings discarded on the ground while they search for a new home.

Arrow's termite treatment contracts guarantee a treatment performed to label and legal specifications for subterranean termites. Some contracts also include a limited termite damage warranty. Drywood termites are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing. To find out which coverage applies to your contract, review your treatment agreement or contact our office.
Select contracts include a limited termite damage warranty that covers the structure itself (not its contents). This warranty does not apply to areas with primary or secondary moisture problems, areas that were waived by the homeowner, or areas where termite conducive conditions were not addressed within 30 days of being reported by Arrow. Contact our office to confirm whether your contract includes damage coverage.
Several conditions can void your termite damage warranty, including: disturbing or removing termite treatment without notifying Arrow, failing to address termite conducive conditions reported by Arrow within 30 days, having moisture problems in treated areas, or allowing your renewal to lapse. Structural changes, added square footage, new concrete near the foundation, or landscaping within one foot of the foundation must all be disclosed to Arrow to maintain warranty coverage.
You are responsible for notifying Arrow of any pipes, utilities, sprinklers, or other obstructions that could interfere with treatment; any disturbance or degradation of the treatment barrier; structural changes or additions to your home; new concrete abutting the foundation; and any landscaping work within one foot of the foundation. Failure to disclose these changes may affect your warranty coverage.
Sentricon is a termite baiting system manufactured by Dow AgroSciences / Corteva Ag Sciences. Arrow is a certified installer and servicer of this system. Stations are installed approximately 9 feet apart where soil is available, and core-drilled stations are placed roughly 19 feet apart in concrete where soil is not accessible. Arrow installs stations at this closer spacing at no additional cost to the homeowner, exceeding the manufacturer's standard recommendations.
The Sentricon stations are the property of the manufacturer, Dow AgroSciences / Corteva Ag Sciences — not Arrow or the homeowner. If your Sentricon service is cancelled, Arrow will uninstall the stations from your property. You will continue to be billed as long as the system remains installed, and Arrow must be granted access to confirm the cancellation and retrieve the equipment.
Yes. Hidden termite colonies or activity behind walls may not be immediately visible or accessible after your initial treatment. If hidden termite activity is discovered within 90 days of the initial treatment, Arrow reserves the right to charge a discounted rate of $250 per spot treatment, in addition to the original treatment cost. Liquid and bait termiticides can also take more than 90 days to fully eliminate larger colonies.
Arrow recommends the following: keep soil 2–3 inches below the foundation for visibility and moisture control; keep plants, vines, and tree branches from touching the structure; store firewood away from soil contact near the home; eliminate standing water and ensure proper drainage; increase crawl space ventilation; address wood rot in windows, door frames, and other areas; inspect and report any foundation cracks to Arrow; and notify Arrow immediately if treatment or stations around the perimeter are disturbed.
$100 off termite control program applies to new customers only with annual contract.
